Helping our clients stay connected to their community.
  • Providing companionship inside client’s home and other outdoor activities.
  • Helping clients to access activities and social events in their community.
  • Support with appointments – including hospital, GP, hair appointments, walk in the park and around the neighborhood. Promoting any social and entertainment activities that our service user might want to do.
  • Promoting social outings which may include holidays, visiting neighbours, clubs and any leisure activities of their choice.

End of life care

Helping our clients with their complex needs.
  • We promote choice for service users and provide day and night
    care for end-of-life clients whilst preserving their rights and dignity.

Shopping calls

Helping our clients stay connected to their community.
  • We accompany service users to do their shopping in their neighbourhood or getting into town.
  • We also assisting with making a shopping list.
  • Prompting eating health food as advised by dieticians.

Sitting calls

Helping our clients families when they need a hand.
  • Providing a break from palliative care during the night hours.
  • Our service allows family and caregivers to take a well-deserved break to catch up on some much-needed sleep and have some quality time.
  • We provide a short respite service for their loved ones.
  • Needing reassurance that the service user is provided for with good quality care and individual support and company in their short absence.
